Tim Savage

Drawing and painting have been Tim’s life long passion. From childhood Tim has found joy in observing the world around him and putting his vision on pages in oils, watercolors, drawing, graphic design, digital images and the the internet. 

TEACHING FINE ART
After a decades long career in advertising agency design, Tim focuses on sharing his love for painting and drawing with others as a fine art teacher. Tim offers drawing and watercolor painting classes through Queens County Farm Museum and Great Neck Community Education. In addition Tim hosts an online watercolor class through Zoom.

EDUCATOR IN BOTANY, SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY
In a channeling of his university experiences at Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Tim leads tours school children through the wonders of Queens County Farm Museum. Tim delights in educating children in sustainable agricultural practices, and the sheep, goats and chickens found at the Farm.

DEDICATED VOLUNTEER FOR CHILDREN IN NEED
Tim desire to share in his love for art is expressed additionally through his work as a volunteer for the Ink Well Kids Foundation. Ink Well Kids is an organization  of professional artists sharing the healing power of art with children experiencing health and home life challenges.
